Oh, it was so fun! A bunch of the moms took our little ones down to a pumpkin patch in Reedley. (a little town outside of Fresno) We got to walk across a rope bridge, and up a trail up to the top. Then there was a cool little train they could watch go around a little track. Then we got to ride a a big train, it was so fun, it went all around the farm, where we saw groves of Christmas trees, lots of corn and mostly just the thrill of the ride. Then we got to hike down and see a ton of tractors and little farm tools, some they were able to sit on. They of course, pretended they were driving to Target- so cute! Then, we went on a hay ride, which was great, except that Jaron kept eating the hay. Finally, we got to see all the pumpkins, a lot of the kids got to pick one out. Ellie loved sitting on this tiny John Deere and pretending to drive her friends around. We finished off the day by driving to Bear Mountain Pizza for lunch. The kids and I went straight from there to Fresno where we met up with the Joshua class and Rich to go to the Bay area to work with Habitat for Humanity. But, you'll have to wait for that blog to hear about that fun trip.
